About
We will always have STEM with us. Some things will drop out of the
public eye and go away, but there will always be science, engineering,
and technology. And there will always, always be mathematics.
The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance.
If I create from the heart, nearly everything works; if from the head, almost nothing.
Mathematics as an expression of the human mind reflects the active will, the contemplative reason, and the desire for aesthetic perfection. Its basic elements are logic and intuition, analysis and construction, generality and individuality
Mathematics are the result of mysterious powers which no one understands, and which the unconscious recognition of beauty must play an important part. Out of an infinity of designs a mathematician chooses one pattern for beauty’s sake and pulls it down to earth.
