Marine Biology Apparel
Below 200 meters the light budget runs out, and the residents make their own. Deep-Sea Aloha — watercolor-and-ink portraits, each verified against the biology: Melanocetus johnsonii with its esca glow credited properly to Photobacterium symbionts, a crown jelly, a chambered nautilus, Architeuthis with the correct eight arms and two tentacles, and a hydrothermal vent with its Riftia colony. Two figures stay code-plotted because the plot is the data: a Beer–Lambert light-attenuation curve and a sonar echogram.
Cool water, low light, quiet company. The palette down here is bioluminescent teal on abyssal ink — a calm page for people whose favorite ecosystems have never seen the sun.
